Two teenage girls have been raped and sexually assaulted near a UK city train station in sickening attacks. The attacks took place in Exeter, Devon, and were within just 30 minutes of each other.

A 16-year-old girl was raped on Clyst Halt Avenue at around 9pm on Friday, and a 17-year-old girl was sexually assaulted twice in the Digby and Sowton train station area half-an-hour later. A 19-year-old man from Exeter has been arrested by Devon and Cornwall police on suspicion of rape and sexual assault. He is currently in police custody.
