A lip reader has revealed what Prince William told cheeky Prince Louis during a military parade to mark the 80th anniversary of VE Day. Louis was joined by his siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who made a rare public appearance with their parents, William and Princess Kate, to see the spectacle.
Louis bobbed up and down as the parade passed in front of him to the sound of military music. Seated between William and George, the youngest of the Waleses' children appeared transfixed by the parade. At points, he could be seen rolling his eyes while turned towards George and engaged in conversation with his father.
Nicola Hickling, founder of LipReader Ltd, told the Express what Louis and William were saying to each other as the marching Armed Services personnel marched in front of them.
William said to Louis, "They are grabbing their bars, isn’t it great?" to which the young royal replied: "They are marching straight."
The next in line to the throne then laughs, leading Louis to roll his eyes again. Prince William then asks if Louis can see those on parade turning or lining up. Louis then replies: "They’re going in a circle."
