Milena Brandão, the 11-year-old actress and child model, has died after suffering 21 cardiac arrests. The Brazilian star was admitted to hospital a few days ago after suffering severe headaches. On Friday May 2 her mother Thays Brandão revealed doctors had diagnosed the youngster with a brain tumour. She later shared a heartfelt emotional message with her daughter's 196,000 Instagram followers announcing her tragic death.
“The memories we spent together will remain in my memory and I'll never forget your joy that was contagious to everyone around you," she wrote. "My girl, I'm already missing you not being here and I know I'll miss you even more in the days to come.You were the light in our lives and I know that from up there you'll continue to watch over us and light up our lives. And I'll love you forever, and you'll always be in my heart,” she concluded.
