The M25 in Hertfordshire is closed anti-clockwise between J17 (Rickmansworth) and J16 (M40) due to a collision involving multiple vehicles, National Highways said. The crash, which happened during the morning of Wednesday, April 30, prompted emergency services and traffic officers to rush to the scene.
The closure has caused seven miles of congestion on approach to J17, National Highways said. Up to 70 minutes could be added to normal travel time, the organisation also warned.
